Also attending the event were: Former Vice President Nguyen Thi Doan; leaders of ministries, central departments and Hanoi city; leaders of research agencies, corporations, domestic and foreign technology enterprises, and major partners of CMC Technology Group.
Following the success of CCS Tan Thuan ( Ho Chi Minh City), CCS Hanoi is the second complex in the CCS-branded Creative Space chain of CMC Technology Group. While CCS Tan Thuan plays the role of a data infrastructure center, CCS Hanoi is oriented to become an open artificial intelligence center (C.OpenAI).
With a total investment of 300 million USD (about 7,800 billion VND), the complex is built on a land area of over 11,000 m², including 23 floors above ground and 3 basements, with a total floor area of over 90,000 m². CCS Hanoi is not only a technology office complex but also a comprehensive integrated ecosystem, including: Data center, research and development (R&D) space, human resource training area and creative startup support area - where more than 5,000 technology engineers will work, research and connect together.

The "heart" of the entire complex is the CMC Data Center - where CMC will apply the latest generation of technology with information technology infrastructure supporting artificial intelligence (AI), providing an AI technology ecosystem, cloud computing, information security, big data, next-generation networks. The open ecosystem C.OpenAI including 25 core technologies developed by CMC will be operated here.
Mr. Nguyen Trung Chinh, Chairman of CMC Group, said that the Group aims to achieve revenue of 1 billion USD by 2028, have 10,000 employees, be present in 30 countries, and have an average growth rate of 20%/year. In particular, CCS Hanoi is a core part of the infrastructure serving the strategy of going global, as well as a space to deploy strategic cooperation with NVIDIA, Microsoft, Samsung, Google, AWS, etc.
The Chairman of CMC Group said that the biggest difference of CCS Hanoi is not in the design or height of the building but in the goal it serves: Creating an open, multi-layered creative space - where R&D groups, start-ups, universities and technology businesses can interact, share data, develop ideas and commercialize technology products.

With a strategic vision, CMC Technology Group positions itself as one of the leading large technology enterprises in the country, aiming to be 1/5 digital technology enterprises on par with advanced countries according to the target by 2030 of Resolution 57-NQ/TW and 1/20 large enterprises participating in the global value chain according to Resolution 68-NQ/TW.
Speaking at the event, on behalf of the Party and State leaders, General Secretary To Lam and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh congratulated the groundbreaking of the CMC Innovation Space Complex - a major project of the private economic sector on technology, demonstrating the determination to contribute to the implementation of the Party's policy on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation, and national digital transformation; believing that the Complex will soon promote its functions and together with CMC continue to develop rapidly and sustainably.
Welcoming and appreciating CMC Group with its high determination, great efforts, daring to think, daring to do, along with Hanoi's support for the private economy in general and CMC Group to start the project, the Prime Minister said that our country is preparing to enter a new era, an era of strong, civilized, prosperous development, standing shoulder to shoulder with the great powers, with the priority of successfully implementing the two 100-year strategic goals according to the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress: by 2030, becoming a developing country with modern industry and high average income; by 2045, becoming a developed country with high income.

Emphasizing the decisive role of rapid and sustainable economic growth, the Prime Minister said that to achieve these strategic goals, the Party, State and Government have set a growth target of 8% or more in 2025 and double digits in the coming period; calling for solidarity, efforts and endeavours of the entire nation to focus on economic development, in which calling on everyone to compete to get rich so that the country is strong and has resources to protect independence, sovereignty, unity and territorial integrity. The spirit is to be rich in knowledge, rich in patriotism, to get rich on the basis of making the most of one's resources to enrich one's family and the Fatherland.
The Prime Minister said that we are promoting the implementation of three strategic breakthroughs to have an open system, smooth infrastructure, and smart human resources; in which the system is the breakthrough of breakthroughs, and people are the most valuable asset to "turn the situation around and change the state".
In particular, along with the organizational revolution, we are resolutely implementing four Resolutions of the Politburo, identified as the "four pillars" including: Resolution on innovation in law-making and enforcement; Resolution on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and digital transformation; Resolution on international integration; and Resolution on private economic development.

Believing that the groundbreaking of the Creative Space Complex by CMC Corporation will contribute to the implementation of the three strategic breakthroughs and the four pillars mentioned above, the Prime Minister wishes that this place must be a place where the quintessence of culture, knowledge, science, technology, intelligence, and civilization of humanity converge; at the same time, spreading the cultural values, knowledge, and intelligence of the Vietnamese people and the Vietnamese nation to the world.
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh requested CMC Corporation to be a pioneer in developing science, technology, innovation and digital transformation; contributing to the development of the private economy to become the most important driving force of the economy; at the same time, linking training with research, linking research with the market, linking enterprises with institutes and schools, creating motivation and inspiration for enterprises, educational institutions, training, education, research and for the whole society, especially the youth; supporting the young generation to realize their dreams and aspirations to contribute, contributing to serving the country to develop rapidly and sustainably.
Emphasizing the spirit of "saying is doing, committing is doing, doing is having specific products, measuring, and counting efficiency", the Prime Minister believes that CMC Corporation will successfully implement its development strategies, contributing with other corporations and companies to build in Vietnam a valley of knowledge, science, and technology, and at the same time an open center for everyone to have the opportunity to create and contribute; CMC products in general and the Creative Space Complex in particular must follow the direction of digitalization, greening, humanization, and globalization.
Wishing CMC to become a large, multinational corporation, participating in the global production and value chain, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh requested the Group to participate in social security work, contributing to ensuring fairness and equality in access to technology, especially for the disadvantaged, remote and isolated areas, leaving no one behind. CMC also needs to cooperate closely and effectively with training institutions to develop human resources and science and technology.
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh affirmed that the Government always accompanies businesses; requested ministries, branches and Hanoi city to create more favorable conditions and support businesses in general, including CMC Group, to promptly resolve and remove difficulties and obstacles, if any, for businesses to develop.
Proposing CMC with aspirations and bold ideas, contributing to the country's development of infrastructure, institution building, human resource training, organizational innovation, and digital governance, the Prime Minister believes that with its far-sighted vision, deep thinking, and big actions, CMC's Creative Space Complex will soon have products, meeting requirements and contributing to the country's rapid and sustainable development./.
