According to Mr. Toan, in the past few days, there has been heavy rain in the area , causing water to flow from streams into large lakes and dams. Some villages are currently flooded, causing isolation.

At around 6am this morning (September 27), the family of Mr. Luong Van An (residing in Muong Hin village, Tien Phong commune) suddenly discovered an exposed bomb next to a ditch near their house, after heavy rain eroded the rock and soil. The bomb is estimated to weigh about 200 - 300kg.

Upon receiving the news, local authorities coordinated with the Military Command of Que Phong district to quickly arrive at the scene, stretch warning ropes, and stay on duty 24 hours to ensure safety, waiting to handle the situation after the rain stops.
