The project of emergency embankment treatment to prevent landslides on the Buoi riverbank in Vong Thuy village, Thanh Truc commune, Thach Thanh district is 1.7km long, with a total investment of more than 44 billion VND. The construction unit is Tien Dat Construction Joint Stock Company. The project started in October 2023 and must be completed in May 2024 to serve natural disaster prevention work.
Due to the urgent construction progress requirements, as soon as the project started, the contractor focused on human resources and equipment to speed up the progress.

To serve the project of embankment to prevent landslides on Buoi riverbank, Thach Thanh district assigned Thanh Truc commune to carry out the site clearance work with an area of nearly 3.8 hectares. Because this is an important project, ensuring the safety of dozens of households, so as soon as the project implementation policy was announced, many households in Vong Thuy village highly agreed and volunteered to donate land for the project.

Determining that site clearance plays an important role in ensuring that projects are implemented as planned, Thach Thanh district has established a site clearance council for each project; mobilizing the participation of the entire political system, with the motto that site clearance must be one step ahead.

During the process of site clearance, Thach Thanh district has focused on propaganda, mobilization, and increased dialogue with the people, while ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of affected households.
Along with that, the district is also ready to develop a plan to enforce land recovery for cases of non-compliance to ensure that projects are implemented as planned.
