Quang Nam improves leadership and management capacity for cooperative staff

The training course aims to improve the capacity of cooperative management staff in the context of green economic development and sustainable entrepreneurship. More than 120 trainees, including directors, deputy directors, and managers from cooperatives in the province, attended the training course.

The training course will equip trainees with many practical contents such as: Basic knowledge of green transformation strategy; leadership and management of cooperatives in the context of green transformation; circular economy model and application of digital technology in cooperative management.

In addition, students will participate in group discussion activities and practice building action plans suitable for each specific cooperative. At the end of the theoretical program, students will go on a 3-day field trip to Binh Dinh province.
