Quang Nam is determined to complete the elimination of temporary housing by October 2025 at the latest.

In order to ensure the completion of the goal of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in the province according to the schedule set by the Prime Minister, the Provincial Steering Committee for Eliminating Temporary and Dilapidated Houses and the Provincial People's Committee request agencies, units and localities to urgently implement related contents.

The People's Committees of districts, towns and cities focus on seriously implementing the instructions of the Provincial Party Standing Committee in Notice No. 1066, dated April 3, 2025 and Notice No. 197, dated April 29, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee on the Conclusion of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Anh Tuan at the online working session with localities and related sectors to listen to reports on the implementation of the work of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in the province in the period of 2023 - 2025.

Make the most of the remaining favorable weather months of the year to focus human resources, regularly urge and speed up the completion of the work of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in the management area; determined to completely complete the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses by October 2025 at the latest.

Accordingly, the delta localities must complete the work in August 2025; for localities with a small number of newly built or repaired houses (district level under 150 houses; commune level under 10 houses), it must be completed before June 30, 2025; for households with meritorious services and relatives of martyrs, it is determined to complete before July 27, 2025.

The whole province urgently reviews, synthesizes and reports on difficulties and problems in the implementation process (capital matching capacity of households, mobilization work, mobilization of labor support forces, supply of construction materials, etc.) to the Provincial Steering Committee for Eliminating Temporary and Dilapidated Houses, the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, and the Department of Agriculture and Environment for monitoring, direction, guidance, and timely and effective resolution.

Sectors and localities strengthen leadership and direction of commune-level authorities to proactively assign cadres and civil servants to monitor, guide, support and urge households to urgently build new houses and repair houses in each assigned area; the assignment must be clear and specific to each person, each household, each area, linking personal responsibility with implementation results at the grassroots level; complete related documents and procedures to make settlement of support funds for households that have completed new house construction and repair, avoid delays, prolong settlement time, causing difficulties for the synthesis and operation of new administrative units after the arrangement.
