Quang Ninh continues to organize a concert with a capacity of 30,000 spectators on November 12.

The Provincial People's Committee has just issued Plan No. 280/KH-UBND dated October 28, 2025 on organizing activities to celebrate the 89th anniversary of Mining Workers' Tradition Day - Coal Industry Tradition November 12 (1936-2025) and stimulate tourism in the fourth quarter of 2025 in Quang Ninh province.

Accordingly, the art program (concert) chaired by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with the Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Group , Army Corps 19 - Dong Bac Corporation, Ha Long University, the Provincial Military Command, the Provincial Police and a number of related businesses and localities is expected to be held on November 12 at October 30 Square, Ha Long Ward.

The program's theme is to praise the province's achievements, honor the traditional and core values ​​of "Discipline and Unity" of the Coal industry; the dedication and contributions of Mining workers, thereby affirming the important role of the Coal industry in the development of Quang Ninh province in particular and the country in general; at the same time, aiming at the aspiration to innovate, modernize and green the energy industry.

The program structure includes an introduction and 3 chapters: Chapter 1 is titled "From the ground - the flame of faith", Chapter 2: "Discipline, unity, the source of strength" and Chapter 3: "Quang Ninh from the heroic mining area to the aspiration to lead". The program is expected to have the participation of singers: Quang Tho, Trong Tan, Pham Thu Ha, Rapper Den, Hoang Thuy Linh, Rhyder, Quang Hung MasterD, Toc Tien, Ho Ngoc Ha, Truc Nhan, Bich Phuong.

The program is expected to attract 30,000 spectators.
