Continuing the program of the 10th Session, in the 3rd working week (starting from November 3-8), the National Assembly will discuss many important contents.

Accordingly, the National Assembly will discuss in groups the draft laws including the draft Investment Law (amended); the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Public Debt Management; the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Insurance Business; the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Statistics; the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Prices; and the draft Law on E-commerce.

The National Assembly will also discuss the draft Law on Temporary Detention, Temporary Imprisonment and Prohibition from Leaving the Place of Residence; the draft Law on Criminal Judgment Enforcement (amended); the draft Law on Amendments and Supplements to a Number of Articles of the Law on Judicial Records; the draft Law on Civil Judgment Enforcement (amended); the draft Law on Amendments and Supplements to a Number of Articles of the Law on Anti-Corruption; the draft Law on Tax Administration (amended); the draft Law on Personal Income Tax (amended); and the draft Law on Thrift and Anti-Waste.

In particular, the National Assembly will discuss and give opinions on the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party .

Along with the discussion contents, the National Assembly will listen to the Minister of Finance , authorized by the Prime Minister, present the Report on 05 projects: Investment Law (amended); Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Public Debt Management; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Insurance Business; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Statistics; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Prices. The Minister of Industry and Trade presents the Report on the project of the Law on E-commerce.

The National Assembly also listened to the Minister of Construction present the Draft Law on Construction (amended); the Minister of Agriculture and Environment present the Draft Law on 2 projects: Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Geology and Minerals; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of laws in the fields of agriculture and environment.
