The People's Committee of Da Nang City has just issued a decision regulating the time and scope of passenger and cargo transportation by 4-wheeled motor vehicles in Da Nang City.

Accordingly, 4-wheeled motor vehicles (4-wheeled electric vehicles) are allowed to operate 24/7 on all roads with signs indicating a maximum operating speed of 30km/h applicable to all vehicles participating in traffic.

Four-wheeled motor vehicles are allowed to operate on roads with signs indicating a maximum operating speed of 50km/h applicable to all vehicles.

For transport business units and units operating internal transport by 4-wheeled motor vehicles, they must organize transport activities in accordance with the provisions of law, based on the routes, scope, and number of vehicles permitted to operate passenger transport business to request the issuance of badges according to regulations.

In addition, it is responsible for developing and implementing plans for parking arrangements and using energy supply stations for vehicles in accordance with regulations and in accordance with the number of vehicles and routes permitted for operation; must comply with the adjustment of competent authorities on routes, operating times and number of vehicles and publicly post routes, operating times and transportation fees for passengers to know.

The City People's Committee requests the Department of Construction to coordinate with the City People's Committee to consider adjusting (restricting, stopping operation) the scope of operation of 4-wheeled motorized passenger vehicles and 4-wheeled motorized cargo vehicles, determining and publicizing the number of 4-wheeled motorized vehicles operating passenger transport in accordance with the current status of traffic infrastructure and organizing the issuance of "PASSENGER VEHICLE" badges according to regulations...
