In 2025, with the theme "Building a culture of law compliance in the whole society, raising awareness of respect for the Constitution and the law of all people and organizations", giving a speech in response to the Law Day, the Deputy Director of the Department requested all civil servants, public employees and workers in the industry to continue to pay attention to implementing a number of contents: Enhancing the role and responsibility of civil servants, public employees and workers in the Justice sector. Each civil servant, public employee, and worker in the industry must be truly exemplary in complying with the law, discipline, and administrative order, demonstrating the qualities of "Dedication, integrity, and standards" of a person working in the Judiciary. Strengthen self-study, self-research, proactively update new legal documents, especially the Resolutions of the Central Committee, Politburo , Government and Provincial Party Committee related to digital transformation, administrative reform, law making and enforcement; Legal dissemination work needs to continue to be strongly innovated in terms of content, methods and forms of implementation, ensuring close connection with each professional task of the Judiciary sector, avoiding spreading and formality, improving the practicality and effectiveness of propaganda; Strengthen close coordination with the Fatherland Front, mass organizations, information and communication agencies; integrate legal propaganda work with emulation movements, political and social action programs of the province...
At the Seminar, comrade Duong Cong Luyen, Provincial Legal Reporter, Head of Professional Department II, deployed the topic: propaganda to prevent high-tech crimes; new legal documents and policies of the Central and the province to all civil servants, public employees and employees of the Department of Justice.
Responding to the Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (November 9) is not only a propaganda activity of a movement nature, but also a profound political commitment of the entire Judiciary sector in implementing the Party's policies and guidelines on building and perfecting the Socialist Republic of Vietnam's rule of law state, on promoting democracy, protecting justice, human rights, and citizen rights in the spirit of the Constitution. This is an opportunity for each civil servant, public employee, and worker in the Judiciary sector to self-reflect, self-correct, self-innovate their thinking and working methods, continuing to affirm the core role of the sector in institutional consulting, state management of judicial work, legal dissemination and education, legal aid, and judicial administrative reform.
