Tourism service revenue in the first 10 months of 2025 increased by nearly 20%

Revenue from accommodation and catering services in October 2025 is estimated at VND 4,061 billion, up 19.5% over the same period in 2024. In the first 10 months of 2025, revenue from accommodation and catering services is estimated at VND 44,503 billion, accounting for 21.2% of total retail sales of goods and consumer service revenue, up 23.9% over the same period in 2024.

In the first 10 months of 2025, the total number of guests served by accommodation establishments is estimated at 15.4 million, an increase of 20.3% over the same period in 2024. Of which, international visitors are estimated at 6.3 million, an increase of 25.9%; domestic visitors are estimated at 9.1 million, an increase of 16.7% over the same period in 2024. In the first 10 months of 2025, the number of overnight guests is estimated at 13 million, an increase of 25.2%.

Da Nang Statistics also showed that tourism activities and tourism support services in October 2025 maintained a positive recovery trend, especially among international tour groups. The restoration and opening of new international flights, combined with promotional programs, regional linkages and domestic stimulus, helped the number of tour visitors increase compared to the same period.

Despite the weather impact at the end of the month, which caused some tours to be postponed, the industry's revenue still maintained a double-digit increase. Tourism service revenue in October 2025 is estimated at VND318 billion, down 10.4% compared to the previous month but still up 20.8% compared to the same period in 2024. In the first 10 months of 2025, revenue from this activity is estimated at VND3,921 billion, accounting for 1.9% of total retail sales and consumer service revenue, up 19.7% compared to the same period in 2024.
