The first day of opening one lane on La Son

According to the temporary traffic organization plan, the Ho Chi Minh Road Project Management Board opened 1 lane at the sections: Km50+700 - Km50+800, Km41+450 - Km41+550 and Km42+700 - Km42+800 on the La Son - Hoa Lien expressway.

At the same time, arrange traffic control forces to be on duty 24/24 hours, monitoring for about 10 days (from November 10 to 20). After the monitoring period, if safety conditions are assessed, the route will be opened to 2 lanes.

On the first day of single-lane traffic operation on some sections of the La Son - Hoa Lien highway, vehicles strictly complied. Functional units and contractors were on duty to guide vehicles to move safely through the landslide repair points.

Passenger cars and trucks with more than 6 axles are prohibited from traveling on the route; the implementation time starts from 6:00 on November 10 to 6:00 on November 20 and vehicles are only allowed to travel on the route from 5:00 to 17:00 every day. After the above time (10 days), an assessment will be made and a plan will be made to reopen the route to normal traffic.

At landslide points on the route after heavy rains at the end of October 2025, the Ho Chi Minh Road Project Management Board directed construction contractors to urgently mobilize maximum resources, equipment, and machinery to clean up day and night to ensure the entire route is opened to traffic as soon as possible.
