Cho Lau People's Credit Fund announces changes in charter capital and business activities

Pursuant to Decision No. 216/QD-KV10 dated May 26, 2025 of the State Bank, Branch Region 10 on amending and supplementing the License for the activities of Cho Lau People's Credit Fund.

Today, Cho Lau People's Credit Fund would like to announce as follows:

1. Amend Section 3 of Operating License No. 23/GP/NHNN dated October 21, 2011 issued by the Director of the State Bank of Vietnam , Binh Thuan Province Branch, to Cho Lau People's Credit Fund as follows:

Charter capital as of December 31, 2024: VND 6,384,382,950 (In words: Six billion three hundred eighty-four million three hundred eighty-two thousand nine hundred and fifty dong)”.

2. Amend and supplement Section 4 of the Establishment and Operation License No. 23/GP/NHNN dated October 21, 2011 issued by the State Bank of Vietnam, Binh Thuan Province Branch, to Cho Lau People's Credit Fund as follows:

Activity content:

a) Mobilizing capital in Vietnamese Dong.

b) Loans in Vietnamese Dong.

c) Other activities:

- Providing money transfer services, performing collection and payment services for members and customers of Cho Lau People's Credit Fund.

- Agent providing payment services for cooperative banks for members and customers of Cho Lau People's Credit Fund.

- Deposit money at cooperative bank to regulate capital.

- Participate in contributing capital to cooperative banks.

- Open a payment account at the State Bank, commercial bank, cooperative bank.
