Thuan Duc People's Credit Fund announces changes in charter capital and business activities

Pursuant to Decision No. 151/QD-KV10 dated May 5, 2025 of State Bank Region 10.

Pursuant to Decision No. 217 /QD-KV10 dated May 26 , 2025 of State Bank Region 10.

Now Thuan Duc People's Credit Fund would like to announce as follows:

1. The charter capital of Thuan Duc People's Credit Fund as of December 31, 2024 is: VND 7,808,000,000 (In words: Seven billion eight hundred and eight million VND).

2. Amend and supplement the business contents according to Business License No. 22/GP-NHNN issued by the State Bank on October 15, 2010 as follows:

a) Mobilizing capital in Vietnamese Dong.

b) Loans in Vietnamese Dong.

c) Other activities:

- Providing money transfer services, performing collection and payment services for members and customers of Thuan Duc People's Credit Fund.

- Agent providing payment services for cooperative banks for members and customers of Thuan Duc People's Credit Fund.

- Deposit money at cooperative bank.

- Participate in contributing capital to cooperative banks.

- Open a payment account at the State Bank, commercial bank, cooperative bank.
