The Elderly Association of Lien Mac Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi has just coordinated with Sao Dai Viet Health Care Media Joint Stock Company - a member of the Vietnam Association for Community Health Care Education (GDCSSKCĐ) to launch the Yen Noi Self-Health Care Club (CSSK) .
Yen Noi Self-Health Care Club, established with 37 members, is responsible for developing plans and organizing the effective implementation of member health care plans. Report activities to the Elderly Association periodically.

During the launching ceremony, 37 members of Yen Noi Self-Care Club performed Meridian Exercises; Healthy for the Country; Spinal Therapy Exercise - Clapping Four Times; Self-Awareness Journey; and Calling Happiness.

Since 2010, the members of the Club have maintained and voluntarily practiced together the Kinh Lac exercises guided by Sao Dai Viet Company. Maintaining from that day until now, many elderly people are too weak to practice anymore, some have passed away, but other members still maintain regular practice and participate in performances in the ward and district many times. With the attention of the ward leaders and the help of Sao Dai Viet Company, Lien Mac ward has launched the Yen Noi Self-Care Club. The Club will follow the rules and regulations, operate quarterly, visit, care, unite, and build a strong collective.

Appreciating the efforts of the Club members, Mr. Nguyen Viet Phuong, Secretary of the Lien Mac Ward Party Committee, shared: “I see that, in today's Club launch, there are many issues that have been implemented very well. First, we must mention the organizational work. Next, this is a physical education and sports movement that helps everyone, especially the elderly, so it brings many benefits. Hopefully, from here, it will be expanded to other Clubs in Lien Mac Ward, so that they can carry out local tasks well.”
Mr. Nguyen Ke Huong, a social and cultural officer of Lien Mac ward, felt very happy and honored to have another Health Care Club for the Elderly established in the ward. This is also a good and useful model, a playground to help the elderly exercise and socialize in their old age. Hopefully, Sao Dai Viet company and the Elderly Association will continue to establish more clubs in the ward.
