Premiere of the opera "New Year's Eve"

This is a new work of the Ho Chi Minh City Theater Association, which will participate in the 2024 National Cai Luong Theater Festival held in Can Tho City in October.

"New Year's Eve" tells the story that happened on New Year's Eve, when artist Minh realized the dark side of her husband named Hien - a court employee who was about to go abroad for training. Artist Minh was in pain when she realized that the love Hien had for her was not equal to the benefits and fame he would achieve in the future. Hien even forced her to take the blame for him, even though artist Minh was not the one who committed the murder on New Year's Eve.
