On the morning of April 25, in Sa Pa town, Lao Cai Provincial Youth Union launched the 2025 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign, attracting nearly 300 cadres, union members, and young people to participate.

The 2025 Summer Volunteer Campaign will be implemented from April to the end of August, focusing on key areas for new rural construction, particularly difficult areas, border areas, and ethnic minority areas, through the implementation of 1 program and 4 campaigns including: "Supporting exam season" program; campaigns: Green summer, Red phoenix flower, Pink vacation, Green march.
