(NLDO) - Dak Lak province is reviewing public housing to make thorough preparations for housing for officials when administrative units are merged.
On March 22, sources reported that the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee leadership had directed relevant units to review public housing in preparation for the administrative unit merger.
The Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee leadership has requested a review of public housing.
According to sources, although there is no official information yet, in order to proactively and thoroughly prepare accommodation for officials coming to work, the leaders of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee have directed relevant units to review the number and current condition of official residences and develop plans for renovation.
Currently, Dak Lak province has several official residences managed by the Provincial Party Committee Office and the Provincial People's Committee Office. In addition, a number of official residences belonging to agencies and units located in the province are also being reviewed.
Public housing includes villas, townhouses, and apartments with different area standards to suit different groups of people eligible to rent public housing as prescribed by law.
Those eligible to rent official housing include: Party and State leaders who are entitled to official housing during their tenure in office.
Officials and civil servants belonging to Party and State agencies, and socio-political organizations who are seconded, transferred, or assigned from central agencies to local areas or from one locality to another to hold positions from Deputy Chairman of the District People's Committee, Deputy Director of Department, and equivalent positions upwards…
