Ms. Ha Thi Xi.

How did you get into real estate brokerage?

- The opportunity to become a real estate broker came to me quite by chance. 8 years ago, when I was a sales person at a website design company, I had the opportunity to work with many clients operating in the real estate sector. They used my company's website design services to promote their products. It was from those interactions that I gradually had an initial idea of the real estate brokerage profession.

Through the sharing of career stories from customers, I realized that I would have the opportunity to experience new things and challenges with this job. Therefore, I decided to change my career direction, joining Hung Thinh Corporation to become a real estate broker.

What difficulties did you face when changing direction?

- In essence, I still pursue the job of a sales person, the only difference lies in the product. Although the two fields are different, the skills such as communication, negotiation and customer consulting that I accumulated from my previous job have become a solid foundation for my new career.

However, to become a professional real estate broker, I understand that I need to constantly improve my skills, from finding customers, consulting on products to analyzing the market, products and customer care...

Besides, the real estate brokerage profession also opens up a lot of new knowledge, making me even more interested. To sell a real estate product, whether working with home buyers or investors, you need to understand macroeconomics because real estate is an important component of the economy, understand legal regulations, grasp customer psychology and even understand feng shui...

The real estate brokerage profession requires you to have extensive knowledge, covering many fields and to be successful, continuous learning is extremely important.

The early days of being a real estate broker were indeed quite a challenge for me. The first 6 months, I had no transactions and lived solely on my small fixed salary. At that time, there were times when I felt confused about whether I was suitable for the job or not. However, my belief and determination did not allow me to give up.

How did your first transaction go?

- A small opportunity came when I was on duty at the project and handing out flyers in the parking lot. After the opening ceremony, I met a customer who left quite early. After finding out the reason, I learned that he left early because he could not find a satisfactory apartment. The apartment he wanted to buy was in the unreleased section. I proactively asked for his contact and promised to notify him as soon as I had information about a suitable apartment. About 2 months later, the apartment that the customer was looking for was put up for sale. I immediately contacted the customer and that was my first transaction.

With 8 years of experience in real estate brokerage, I am always careful in choosing projects to accompany. Projects with full legal conditions, committed to product quality from reputable investors such as Masterise Homes, Khang Dien, CapitaLand, SonKim Land… are my top choices.

You mentioned a lot of interdisciplinary knowledge that complements the real estate brokerage profession, including feng shui. Have you taken formal courses on feng shui?

- That's right. In East Asian culture, especially Vietnamese beliefs, I realize that feng shui plays an extremely important role in the process of finding a house to buy. Therefore, I have proactively researched and systematically studied feng shui. Thanks to this knowledge, I look for houses with the house code, view and direction that best suits the age of the customer according to their requirements.

I also hold the title of "Professional Broker" of Batdongsan.com.vn. This helps me increase my prestige, professionalism and dedication in accompanying customers in finding their dream home.

How has this title impacted your work?

- I decided to register for the title "Professional Broker" on Batdongsan.com.vn because this is the leading real estate platform in Vietnam, where a large number of buyers and sellers gather. This title not only helps me affirm my reputation in the profession but is also a powerful tool to build my personal brand. Thanks to that, more and more customers know and trust me to work with me. My transaction success rate has also improved significantly since I became a "Professional Broker" on Batdongsan.com.vn.

Batdongsan.com.vn's "Professional Broker" title helps brokers increase up to 30% of potential customers and is completely free to register. To own the title and discover more about "Professional Broker", you can see here.
