The competition was organized in the form of a dramatization, with the participation of 100 students, in grades 10, 11 and 12.
The contestants will answer 30 questions related to the Law on Tobacco Harm Prevention and Control, arranged from easy to difficult. For each question, the contestants will have 15 seconds to answer by holding up the answer sheet. If the answer is incorrect, the contestant will be eliminated and leave the competition floor. The contestant who answers the last question correctly (question 30) will be the winner. In case after question 30, there are more than 1 contestant left on the competition floor, the Organizing Committee will use an additional question to classify and select the last contestant to "Ring the Golden Bell". During the competition, the contestants also received help from teachers and the audience.
At the end of the contest, Chu Thi Thuy Chi, a student of class 12A1, was the contestant who answered the final question of the Organizing Committee and received the "Golden Bell".

Tuc Tranh High School is the first unit chosen by the Department of Education and Training to organize the "Golden Bell" Contest to propagate and raise awareness among civil servants, public employees, workers and students about the harmful effects of tobacco use; raise awareness and responsibility of organizations and individuals in complying with the provisions of the Law on Prevention and Control of Tobacco Harms.
