The exhibition “Colors of life of Vietnamese ethnic groups” took place at the Vietnam Women's Museum, Hanoi on October 8, displaying 54 selected works reflecting the richness of ethnic life and the emotional and artistic perspectives of female photographers of the Hai Au Club.
At the exhibition, the public enjoyed the vivid and delicate moments of the country and people of Vietnam and looked back on the 35-year journey of artistic creation of the Hai Au Club. This was also an occasion to honor the enduring creativity, burning love of art and the silent contributions of female photographers.
In addition to the exhibition, the publication “Colors of Life of Vietnamese Ethnic Groups” brings together 298 works by 25 female photographers, vividly depicting the rich beauty of 36 Vietnamese ethnic groups.
Part of the revenue from selling photos, photo books and exhibitions is used to raise charity funds to support the unfortunate, especially victims of Agent Orange.
Previously, at the Ho Chi Minh City Women's Cultural House, 100 outstanding works were also introduced, selected from 298 works in the book. This is an opportunity for the public to admire the diverse beauty of nature, people and culture across the country./.
