The lotus fields are cultivated and developed by the villagers themselves, with the desire to develop tourism in their hometown in the direction of ecotourism combined with experiencing local culture. With its expansive lagoons, visitors can take small boats to admire thousands of lotus flowers swaying in the breeze, or challenge themselves by walking across rickety bamboo and monkey bridges. Here, people can relax, enjoy the cool breeze and the fragrant scent of lotus flowers wafting from the fields, borrow traditional Cham women's clothing for photos, or savor the distinctive dishes of My Nghiep village. Featuring special ingredients such as lotus, and country-style dishes like fish, shrimp, crab, and snails caught from the lagoon, and chicken from the home garden, all prepared with Ninh Thuan's unique recipes, the dishes are rich in the authentic flavors of rural cuisine .
