According to Cao Bang Electricity Company, in the third quarter of 2024, commercial electricity output is estimated to reach 157.6 million kWh, equal to 103.8% over the same period in 2023, reaching 26.9% of the 2024 plan.

Commercial electricity increased due to stable operation of load components, especially large customers. The power loss rate is estimated at 2.7%. Maintaining 100% of the rate of electricity supply by electronic means. The rate of customers paying electricity bills without cash as of September reached 81.4%. Currently, 100% of communes, wards and towns have been supplied with electricity from the national grid. The number of households with electricity from the national grid reached over 95%, of which the number of rural households with electricity from the national grid is 88,483 households. In order to prepare for the 2025 investment and construction plan to prevent grid overload and improve the reliability of electricity supply to the province's load areas, in the third quarter of 2024, Cao Bang Electricity Company has carried out investment preparation for 6 projects with a total investment of 49.2 billion VND.

In the coming time, Cao Bang Electricity Company will continue to strengthen solutions to ensure safe and stable electricity supply for customers; promote digital transformation, apply information technology and new technologies in production and business activities; consolidate and repair the power grid, ready to ensure stable electricity supply to effectively serve the needs of socio -economic development, national defense and security in the province.
