Ready for the 2025 Spring Meeting Program

The 2025 Spring Meeting Program between the Secretaries of 5 provinces/regions: Quang Ninh, Lang Son, Cao Bang, Ha Giang (Vietnam), Guangxi (China) and the 16th Joint Working Committee Conference taking place from February 19-21 in Quang Ninh is an important political event of the province. With the initiative of all levels and sectors, up to this point, the preparation work has been completed, ensuring the program and conference take place solemnly, practically and effectively.

Ha Long Royal Hotel is the focal point of the main activities within the framework of the 2025 Spring Meeting Program such as: Quang Ninh Provincial Party Secretary meets with the Party Secretary of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region; Provincial Party Secretaries of the 3 provinces: Cao Bang , Lang Son, Ha Giang meet with the Party Secretary of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region; 2025 Spring Meeting; 16th Joint Working Committee Conference; display and introduction of OCOP products of 5 provinces/regions; promotion of trade, investment and tourism ... Up to now, the decoration and celebration work from the welcome gate to the reception door, lobby and meeting room at the Hotel has been basically completed. The material conditions for preparing for meetings, diplomatic receptions, programs and conferences up to now have completed the LED screens; arranged tables and chairs, fully equipped seats; sound and lighting equipment installed.

At Ha Long International Passenger Port, Quang Ninh Museum - the place to welcome groups to visit and survey, work items such as: decoration, hanging flags and banners, environmental sanitation have been completed. Luna Ha Long Cruise serving to take groups to visit Ha Long Bay has installed panels, fully prepared human resources and materials to welcome groups.

The decoration work at the Royal Ha Long Hotel to serve the Spring Meeting Program 2025 is being actively carried out.

Regarding reception and logistics, the province has developed a plan and a scheme to invite, confirm attendance, welcome and serve delegates; and prepare souvenir gifts for conference delegates. Security, order and food safety issues are checked and reviewed to ensure service for all program and conference activities.

One of the important contents to ensure the success of the conference is the preparation of content for meetings and diplomatic receptions; the documents for the Spring Meeting and the Joint Working Committee Conference have been directed by the province, and the departments, branches and localities have prepared very actively, ensuring strictness, focus and practicality.

Comrade Nguyen The Minh, Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Youth Union, said: The Provincial Youth Union is very proactive in the work of building agreements, going deeper on the basis of the minutes of agreement signed between the Guangxi Youth Union and 4 Provincial Youth Unions bordering Guangxi. The Provincial Youth Union has reported to ask for opinions from competent authorities, departments, branches and sectors in completing these in-depth agreements and has officially signed them with the other side. In this agreement, we focus on concretizing and clarifying some contents in the coordination work between the Quang Ninh Provincial Youth Union and the Guangxi Youth Union. In particular, the two sides continue to research to organize exchange activities, exchange experiences on youth union work and youth movements; traditional education activities; strengthen coordination and exchange between young start-up businesses...

Dr. Nguyen Duc Tiep, Rector of Ha Long University, said: Based on the foundation of good friendly cooperation between Quang Ninh and Guangxi, Ha Long University has proactively researched a number of prestigious educational institutions in Guangxi that have training fields similar to Ha Long University. We have held online meetings to discuss and agree on cooperation contents and implement procedures according to regulations. In which, we focus on exchanging teachers and students, coordinating research organizations, implementing projects, and linking undergraduate and graduate training. To date, cooperation memoranda have been signed and will be displayed at the Spring 2025 conference.

Over the past 10 years, the Program has actively contributed to promoting the relationship between the two Parties, two countries and people of Vietnam and China. With the highest determination and readiness of Quang Ninh province, the 2025 Spring Meeting Program will certainly be a great success. Thereby, continuing to concretize the high-level common awareness of the leaders of the Party and State of Vietnam and China, maintaining contact between high-level leaders; at the same time, further tightening the friendship between the 5 provinces/regions of the 2 countries and enhancing practical, effective and comprehensive exchanges, interactions and cooperation.
