Ready for the Launching Ceremony in response to the Month of promoting the implementation of universal social insurance

This is the highlight activity of Tien Giang Social Insurance in May - the peak month of communication, aiming to spread the humane message of social security policy to every citizen in the area. With the communication theme: "Social insurance - Peace of mind for every family", this year's launching ceremony is organized online, connecting from the provincial Social Insurance bridge point to the bridge points at the district-level Social Insurance. After the ceremony, the consulting teams will simultaneously go to the grassroots level, directly advise and mobilize people to participate in voluntary social insurance and health insurance at each household.

Director of Tien Giang Provincial Social Insurance Vo Khanh Binh spoke at the online conference to deploy tasks for May 2025 of the Provincial Social Insurance.

Preparations were carried out systematically and urgently: from reviewing data on potential subjects, assigning propagandists and consultants, to printing documents, preparing facilities, and checking the online television system. Collection service organizations such as the Post Office and PVI Nam Sai Gon Insurance Company were also mobilized to coordinate closely to ensure effective implementation. With the goal set out on the launch day, the whole province strives to mobilize at least 970 new people to participate in voluntary social insurance and 1,200 new people to participate in family health insurance.

At the May meeting, Director of Tien Giang Social Insurance Vo Khanh Binh highly appreciated the sense of responsibility of the entire system in preparing for the launch ceremony. He requested the professional departments and district-level Social Insurance to review and adjust the appropriate scenario, promote small group counseling, and reach the right people and the right needs. "May is a key time, the peak month for implementing the universal social insurance campaign. The entire industry needs to mobilize all forces, coordinate synchronously between professional departments, district-level Social Insurance and collection service organizations to bring the policy closer to the people" - Director Vo Khanh Binh emphasized.

In particular, comrade Vo Khanh Binh also requested that the coordination between the functional departments must be smooth: The Communications Department is responsible for organizing extensive communications before, during and after the ceremony, preparing communication materials, consultation tables on contribution levels - expected benefits; The Collection Management Department - Books, Cards, Social Insurance at the district level actively reviews data of people who have participated but interrupted, people who are reserving their social insurance payment period, people of working age who have not participated to create a specific consultation list. During the launch, the collection service organizations will coordinate with the collection service organizations to deploy forces to the grassroots level to "go to every alley, knock on every door, and advise each person".

The launching ceremony is an opportunity for the entire Tien Giang Social Insurance sector to demonstrate its political determination in bringing humane policies to the people.
