(ABO) On the morning of May 17, a beverage mixing class officially opened in Cho Gao district, Tien Giang province.
The class is organized by the Project Management Board of "Strengthening resilience to climate change in Tien Giang" phase 2023 - 2027 (referred to as the Project) in collaboration with the Norwegian Alliance.
Under the guidance of lecturer Nguyen Thi Thanh Tam, an experienced expert in the field of mixing, she will impart the skills of mixing popular soft drinks on the market such as milk tea, fruit juice, soda, blended ice, smoothies, etc. Combining theory and practice, 25 students have been exposed to professional processing procedures, ensuring food hygiene and safety, as well as beautiful and attractive presentation to customers.

The beverage mixing class in Cho Gao district is not only a short-term vocational training program, but also an important boost for the entrepreneurial journey of local women. With the attention of the Women's Union at all levels of Tien Giang province, the support of the Norwegian Alliance and the determination of the members to study, the class has truly brought practical value, contributing to improving the status and economic capacity of women - an important force in sustainable community development.
