Landslide on La Son - Tuy Loan highway, vehicles traveling on National Highway 1

On the morning of October 27, the Traffic Police Department said that due to the impact of heavy rain lasting for 2 days (October 25-26), a landslide occurred at Km12 on the La Son - Tuy Loan highway, passing through Hue city. Water poured down from above, causing a large amount of mud and soil to overflow onto the road, making it unsafe for vehicles to pass through. In this area, a car with license plate 30K-281.64 had an accident while passing through, causing the car to be dented, the windshield to break, and the airbags to deploy.

At Km14 of La Son - Tuy Loan highway, water and mud are flowing on the road surface, very dangerous.

To ensure safety, the Traffic Police on the route have diverted traffic from the Cam Lo - La Son expressway, organizing vehicles to exit at the Phu Loc intersection to go to National Highway 1, not to enter the La Son - Tuy Loan expressway. At the Da Nang end, the Traffic Police have diverted traffic to go through the Hai Van tunnel, not to enter the La Son - Tuy Loan road.

The Traffic Police Department recommends that people pay attention to choosing suitable and safer routes and comply with the regulations of the authorities.
