It is forecasted that in the next 12 hours, floods on rivers will continue to rise, the flood peak of Bo River and Truoi River will exceed the historical flood, and Huong River will be at a very high level. Bo River will rise above alarm level 3 (alarm level 3 is 4.5m), about 0.1m higher than the historical flood peak of 2020. Huong River will rise above alarm level 3 (alarm level 3 is 3.5m), about 0.4m higher than the 2023 flood peak. Truoi River will rise to 4.0-4.3m, about 1m higher than the 2023 flood peak. O Lau River will rise to 2.8-3m; Ta Trach River at Thuong Nhat station will fluctuate at approximately alarm level 2 (alarm level 2 is 61m). In the next 12-24 hours, floods on rivers will gradually subside and be below alarm level 3.

Also on the morning of October 27, many roads in Hue city were seriously flooded and eroded. Typically, National Highway 49B through Phong Dinh ward had 10 sections flooded from 0.1 to 0.5 meters deep. Authorities have barricaded and prohibited vehicles from passing through these sections. National Highway 1 is blocked at Km867 in Phu Loc commune. Ho Chi Minh Highway has only a small landslide, which has been repaired and traffic is normal. La Son - Tuy Loan Expressway has a landslide and is blocked at Km12+000-Km14+000. Authorities are diverting traffic in the direction of National Highway 1 (from La Son intersection).

The provincial road system has many deeply flooded spots. Notably, from Km14+100 to Km14+500, Provincial Road 4, through Thu Le spillway, is flooded from 0.7-0.9m deep. Provincial Road 8A from km6+350 to km6+850 is flooded from 0.8-0.9m deep and has been barricaded to prohibit vehicles.
