These days, the 2025 Residential Singing Festival is taking place enthusiastically throughout the province. In Hong Gai ward, the festival atmosphere this year is even more special, because this is the first festival held since the implementation of the two-level local government model. Not only is it a festival for people in the neighborhoods to exchange and spread the cultural and artistic movement, the festival also creates an exciting atmosphere and a spirit of solidarity, contributing to the successful implementation of local political tasks.

At the Hong Gai Ward Residential Area Singing Festival held on October 18, 4 teams representing 4 residential clusters of Hong Gai, Bach Dang, Tran Hung Dao and Yet Kieu wards (formerly) brought 26 song and dance performances, skits revolving around the theme "Aspirations for Quang Ninh - Following the glorious Party to firmly step into the new era". Each performance, song, and dance expressed the belief, pride, and aspiration to contribute of the people of Hong Gai in the journey to build a civilized and prosperous ward.

From the bustling atmosphere in Hong Gai ward, it can be seen that the movement of physical training and sports for building new lifestyles is spreading strongly in many localities in the province. Cultural, artistic and sports exchange activities are becoming a bridge connecting people, creating a new look for the grassroots cultural life in the localities.

In Luc Hon commune, where over 98% of the population are ethnic minorities, the construction of grassroots cultural life has always been of interest to the Party Committee and the government, associated with socio-economic development and the preservation of traditional cultural identity. The commune effectively implemented the plan to preserve and promote cultural and historical values; regularly maintained the Luc Na communal house festival, the Golden Season festival, and the So flower festival; and developed mass art and sports clubs.

In particular, the locality is building a project on Tay ethnic culture in Ban Cau village, associated with preserving the value of the relics - terraced fields of Luc Hon commune and unique cultural heritages such as: Then singing, Tinh lute, ethnic costumes. Along with that, promoting culture, land, people, encouraging the development of community tourism. These activities not only preserve and promote traditional cultural values but also create new livelihoods, contributing to improving material and spiritual life, building a united community rich in identity.

Not only Luc Hon commune, promoting its own strengths, each locality of the province is making efforts to arouse the strength of community culture, synchronously, effectively and creatively deploy the movement of physical training and sports to build a new cultural life, contributing to the goal of sustainable development.

Comrade To Duy Tong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Lien Hoa Ward, shared: The Ward continues to direct the effective implementation of Resolution No. 17-NQ/TU of the Provincial Party Committee on "Building and promoting cultural values and human strength of Quang Ninh to become endogenous resources and driving forces for rapid and sustainable development" associated with building a healthy cultural environment in families, schools, agencies, units and residential communities; focusing on developing political culture, business culture, corporate culture, creative startup culture and business ethics.

At the same time, regularly organize cultural, artistic, physical training and sports activities to serve the political tasks and the cultural enjoyment needs of the people. Thereby, contributing to improving the effectiveness of the movement of physical training and sports to build a new cultural life, associated with building the image of Lien Hoa people as "Dynamic, creative, united, civilized, friendly", constantly improving the quality of people's lives according to the criteria of happiness.
