Quang Tri Province's 1st Tax Department: Tax collection and fines after inspection of over 11 billion VND

QTO - Information from the Quang Tri Provincial Tax Department 1 said that by September 30, 2025, the unit had conducted tax law compliance inspections at 122 enterprises under its management; the amount of tax arrears and fines collected after inspection was over 11.3 billion VND.

Quang Tri Province's 1st base tax manages the following wards and communes: Dong Hoi, Dong Thuan, Dong Son, Quang Ninh , Ninh Chau, Truong Ninh and Truong Son. Up to now, there are 3,027 units operating in the area, including 2,788 enterprises and 239 cooperatives.

Head of Quang Tri Province Tax Department 1 Hoang Ngoc Tram said that in the coming time, the unit will continue to implement the approved inspection plan; focus on inspecting areas with high risks of tax and fraudulent use of electronic invoices; step up inspection and supervision of taxpayers' tax declarations at tax authorities, focus on potentially risky business areas, areas and industries of interest to public opinion and society; focus on post-tax refund inspections according to regulations.

In addition, the tax sector will closely coordinate with competent authorities in detecting, preventing and promptly handling cases of tax law violations; continue to combine inspection work with propaganda and guidance for taxpayers to promptly answer questions, remove difficulties, and improve taxpayers' understanding, compliance and observance of the law.
