Visit and provide financial support to families in difficult circumstances

On the afternoon of October 27, a working delegation of the Dak Lak Provincial Red Cross Society led by Vice President Nguyen Huu Suu visited and presented gifts to support poor households and those in special circumstances in Yang Mao commune.

The delegation presented 45 million VND, donated by Ms. Do Vu Phuong Anh, General Director of Doji Gold and Gemstone Group (Hanoi) and 26 million VND supported by Thien Tam Fund to Y Thien Bao Nie's family for medical treatment and livelihood.

The Red Cross delegation of the province presented money to support Y Thien Bao Nie.

It is known that Y Thien Bao Nie, 5 years old, has congenital hemolytic anemia with a rare blood type (blood type A Rh-), an extremely rare blood type (only 3-4/1,000 people have this blood type), making treatment difficult and expensive. Currently, she is fighting the terrible disease every day, while her father has epilepsy, all the burden falls on her mother's shoulders.

The delegation also directly visited and supported 10 million VND (from the Provincial Red Cross Charity Fund) for the family of a father and son who died due to the collapse of the foundation of a neighbor's house under construction.

At the places he visited, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Red Cross Society Nguyen Huu Suu sent words of encouragement and deep condolences to families in difficult circumstances, hoping that the families would try to overcome pain, loss, and illness to rise up in life.
