On the morning of April 18, Hai Phong City held a press conference to provide information about the 70th Anniversary of the City's Liberation Day and the Red Flamboyant Festival - Hai Phong 2025.

Informing the press, Ms. Tran Thi Hoang Mai - Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hai Phong City, said that the art program of the Hai Phong Red Flamboyant Festival - 2025 will take place on the evening of May 13 at the Square of the City's Political - Administrative Center in Thuy Nguyen City.

"The Organizing Committee is expected to invite art troupes from Hai Duong province to perform pieces about the land and people of Hai Duong at the art program," informed Ms. Tran Thi Hoang Mai.

According to Ms. Mai, it is expected that at the 70th Anniversary of Hai Phong Liberation Day, the locality will receive the noble title "Heroic City".

On this occasion, Hai Phong City will organize high-altitude and low-altitude fireworks displays at 6 locations, including: the Political - Administrative Center Square in the new urban area of ​​Bac Song Cam (Thuy Nguyen City); An Bien Lake area (Ngo Quyen District); The backyard of the City Theater (Hong Bang District); The southern concrete yard of the Duong Kinh District Administrative Center; Tien Lang District Stadium; Park and Square of Vinhomes Vu Yen Urban Area (Thuy Nguyen City).

Hai Phong City also supported 10 million VND for each village and residential group in the area to organize activities to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Liberation Day on the same day to create a joyful, excited atmosphere, and solidarity for all people. In addition, gifts were given to people with meritorious services to the revolution, policies, former leaders of the City, doctors, teachers, and excellent artists...

Also on this occasion, Hai Phong City started and inaugurated 7 key projects. Of which, 3 projects were proposed to be eligible for commencement and inauguration. The projects to be commenced include: Investment in the construction of a new urban area in Duong Kinh district and Kien Thuy district.

Inauguration projects: Investment in construction of Hai Phong City Political - Administrative Center; Traffic system and synchronous technical infrastructure system in the new urban area North of Cam River and Investment project in construction of City Conference - Performance Center and synchronous technical infrastructure system in the new urban area North of Cam River.
