The Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City has just issued a document on reviewing the education and propaganda work of the Road Traffic Safety Law for students at educational institutions in the area.

Accordingly, through coordination, the City Police organized actual inspections at schools in the area, and the results showed that there were still a few units violating regulations on keeping electric motorbikes and motorcycles for students who were not old enough or did not have a driver's license.
Faced with the above reality, the Department of Education and Training requests heads of units to strictly implement the following contents:
Units continue to implement directives from above on ensuring order and traffic safety for students at educational institutions.
In addition, the principal must direct increased inspection of school parking lots and resolutely not keep electric motorbikes or motorcycles of students who are not of age or do not have a driver's license.
In addition, leaders must take responsibility if they discover that their unit is keeping electric motorbikes or motorcycles for students who are underage or have not been granted a driver's license.
The Department of Education and Training requires units to coordinate with local police to disseminate information to students and parents about the Road Traffic Law and other contents. On the other hand, it requires households keeping vehicles around the school to commit not to take care of electric motorbikes or motorbikes of students who are not old enough or do not have a driving license; requires students to wear helmets, drive in the correct lane and not violate traffic rules when participating in traffic by electric bicycles, electric motorbikes, motorbikes, and motorbikes.
When receiving information from the Department of Education and Training or documents from the police about students violating the law, leaders of units are responsible for inviting parents to work and clearly inform them of the violation; requesting parents to cooperate in management; educating students, and fulfilling the commitment not to hand over the vehicle...
Previously, as PLO reported, on November 5, the An Suong Traffic Police Team, Traffic Police Department (PC08), Ho Chi Minh City Police coordinated with Xuan Thoi Son Commune Police to inspect student parking lots in schools in the area to ensure traffic safety and order for students.
During the inspection, the police discovered many violations. The working group drew up a record of administrative violations and verified the person who delivered the vehicle to handle it according to the law.
