Preliminary selection of the 2025 National Quality Award in Dong Nai

(DN) - On the afternoon of September 10, Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology Trinh Thi Hoa chaired the second meeting of the National Quality Award 2025 (GTCLQG) Preliminary Council of Dong Nai province to review the results of dissemination activities and guide businesses to participate in the 2025 award; and at the same time evaluate the participation profiles of businesses.

The National Quality Award is evaluated based on 7 criteria: Leadership role; strategic planning; customer and market orientation; measurement, analysis and knowledge management; human resource management and development; operational process management; operational results.

To popularize the 2025 award, the Department of Science and Technology has sent invitations to participate, provided information related to the award to businesses, and at the same time trained on the award criteria, guided businesses to practice according to the criteria set by the award... Currently, the department has received applications from 3 businesses including: CP Vietnam Seeds Company Limited; Royal Fire Prevention Company Limited; An Loi Garment Company Limited registered to participate in the award in 2025.

At the working session, the expert group and council members focused on discussing the results of the evaluation of the criteria of the National Quality Award entries of the three units, and agreed on the method of direct evaluation at the enterprise in the next step.

Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology Trinh Thi Hoa emphasized that the National Quality Award is awarded by the Prime Minister to organizations and enterprises with outstanding achievements in production, business and services. This is the only annual award on quality stipulated in the Law on Product and Goods Quality and issued according to international rules, belonging to the international quality award system. Enterprises participating and receiving the award will have the opportunity to access support policies and improve the quality of their products.
