The spread of the song "Continuing the story of peace " (musician Nguyen Van Chung) has opened up a "success formula" for traditional works praising the homeland and country.

A series of impressive songs

"Vietnam - The Era of Rising" - the music project of singer Nguyen Vu - is attracting the attention of many people. He said that he has cherished this project since 2024, with the desire to spread good values about the country's innovation.

"Vietnam - The Era of Rising" is a series of 34 songs performed by Nguyen Vu, praising the beauty of 34 provinces and cities after the merger. For producer DTAP, when "Made in Vietnam" was released, audiences and experts were overwhelmed with emotion and gave many compliments. According to DTAP, "Made in Vietnam" is a music project crystallized from national pride. This MV is the result of close coordination between the Central Youth Union and VMAS Company (DTAP music production group).

The above cooperation also demonstrates the innovation of the Youth Union in approaching the young generation - using the power of contemporary art to weave stories about the nation and its roots. Thereby, spreading strong inspiration, contributing to creating Vietnamese cultural products with value and lasting vitality.

The project "Words of the Heart of Vietnam" with 3 songs "Words of the Heart of Vietnam", "Love of Vietnamese Smiles" and "Welcome to Vietnam" by singer Hoang Bach brings 3 different perspectives - profound, close and integrated. However, all are united in one spirit: Love for the country starts from very ordinary things.

Music is the way for Hoang Bach to express his simple but emotional thanks. The three songs are three stories about the Fatherland; a "dialogue" between the artist and the generation he is living in, between memories and the present, between the national spirit and the desire for integration.

Singer Vo Ha Tram also returned to traditional music with the song "Wish to be a Vietnamese". This work has an easy-to-listen and easy-to-sing melody but is rich in depth, with refined lyrics, honoring the contributions of our ancestors, praising mothers, soldiers and compatriots who sacrificed for today's peace.

"Wish to be Vietnamese" expresses the spirit of "respecting the past - looking towards the future". Lyrics such as: "My Vietnam is the sacred mountains and rivers/ My people are the descendants of dragons and fairies..." or "Peace is so beautiful everywhere/ Independence - freedom - happiness/ The Vietnamese flag flies, millions of hearts respond"... resound with pride, both calm and heroic, arousing love for the country with simple yet profound melodies and words.

Not only "Continuing the story of peace", musician Nguyen Van Chung also collaborated with singer Tung Duong to release "Vietnam - Proudly stepping forward to the future". This song has a completely different tone and spirit from "Continuing the story of peace".

Meanwhile, "Kiem sau van nguoi Viet Nam" by musician Tuan Cry, produced by T Production, is a composition full of emotion and national pride, arousing proud patriotism. 4 singers from 4 recent "hot" music shows including: Quoc Thien, Duong Hoang Yen, Quan AP, Lam Bao Ngoc have created an impression for this product.

"Formula for success"

If in the past, songs with strong Vietnamese identity were thoroughly exploited by many singers, now, traditional musical colors, praising the homeland and country are prioritized by people in the industry. Composed in the current context, these songs are youthful, contemporary but still full of heroic spirit. That intense love comes from the gratitude for the past, looking towards the future, building the country of young people.

The lyrics of "Made in Vietnam" cleverly interweave typical slices of culture and history - elements that have been "made in Vietnam" and "made Vietnam". The song takes the audience on a journey to discover traditional beauty through famous craft villages and cultural and tourist symbols.

The heroic image of the nation is also strongly recreated through the historic Bach Dang battle or the immortal poem "Nam Quoc Son Ha". The seamless combination of folk melodies from the three regions contributes to completing a musical picture rich in identity, highly appreciated by experts.

People's Artist Thanh Hoa - who contributed her voice to the song "Made in Vietnam" - said she was very moved to return to a project imbued with national spirit. "Selecting and connecting folk melodies from three regions is not easy, but DTAP has done it very smoothly, honoring the cultural values of each region" - People's Artist Thanh Hoa commented.

According to musician Tuan Cry, "Kiep sau van nguoi Viet Nam" was written from feelings of gratitude and pride in living in the homeland of Vietnam. The song is performed by 4 voices, 4 musical personalities, 4 typical representatives of the young generation of artists who are making an impression on the audience.

Singer Quan AP said that every line in "Kiep sau van nguoi Viet Nam" is filled with pride and patriotism. "I feel very honored to be part of such a special MV. During the recording process, my patriotism was further ignited" - he expressed.

Meanwhile, Lam Bao Ngoc considers the project "Next Life Still Vietnamese" a great source of motivation, as well as a "meaningful message to young people, to spread the spirit of solidarity and patriotism, together building a strong Vietnam".

Singer Vo Ha Tram confided: "After the April 30th celebration, I was surprised by the special reception of the audience, especially the youth, for the music praising the homeland and country. This was the motivation for me to make the MV "Nguyễn là người Việt Nam", as a response to that sentiment and to spread the Vietnamese spirit to everyone."

Not only devoting all her heart to this music product, Vo Ha Tram also performed a very humane act. All revenue from the MV on digital platforms along with her personal savings will be donated to the "For the Poor" Fund of the Ho Chi Minh City Fatherland Front Committee.

For singer Hoang Bach, the EP "Words of the Vietnamese Heart" is not only a product released on the occasion of National Day September 2 this year, but also a confession of an experienced person. That person is no longer too young to rush but passionate enough to create kind and new things for the community.

"It is expected that "Vietnam - The Era of Rising" will contribute to honoring and promoting the beauty of provinces and cities; calling for the preservation and promotion of cultural values and regional identities; and at the same time praising the image of Vietnamese people so that each citizen will love and be proud of their homeland and country more" - singer Nguyen Vu confided.

"Vietnam's Heart Words" by Hoang Bach conveys a discreet but confident message: Love your country from the simplest things.

According to musician Nguyen Van Chung, he always wants to challenge himself in different topics. He writes music not only from his own emotions but also from his experiences and contemplations about life.

"The song "Vietnam - Proud to Continue Stepping to the Future" was born from my own experiences. For me, the best thing a musician can do for life is to bring valuable songs, not aiming for the goal of "viral" or "top trending" for the song" - musician Nguyen Van Chung confided.
