Exciting 1st Ha Tinh City Badminton Clubs Open Tournament

Taking place from the afternoon of June 9 to June 10 with many intense and dramatic matches, the 1st Ha Tinh City Clubs Open Badminton Tournament 2023 left a deep impression on badminton enthusiasts in Ha Tinh.

Towards the 66th anniversary of Uncle Ho's visit to Ha Tinh (June 15, 1957 - June 15, 2023) and continuing the movement to respond to the campaign "All people exercise following the example of great Uncle Ho", Thanh Sen Badminton Club, represented by Mr. Vo Anh Tuan - Chairman of the Club, organized the 1st Ha Tinh City Open Badminton Club Tournament - 2023. The tournament also aims to promote sportsmanship in general and badminton movement in the province in particular.

The tournament attracted 8 teams with 60 athletes from the province and children from far away from home to participate in 4 competitions: mixed doubles, men's doubles under 35 years old, men's doubles under 45 years old and men's doubles over 45 years old.

Within the framework of the tournament, the Organizing Committee also awarded 5 gifts worth 2.5 million VND to 5 students in difficult circumstances at Le Binh Secondary School (Ha Tinh City) and 10 gifts (each worth 1 million VND) to 10 excellent students in difficult circumstances who are about to take the High School Graduation Exam at Nguyen Trung Thien High School (Thach Ha).

At the end of the tournament, the Organizing Committee awarded the first prize in group 1 (men's doubles under 35 years old) to the Thai Sport team.

In group 2 (age 35 - 45), first prize belongs to Xa que Club.

In group 3 (age over 45), first prize belongs to Market Management Club.

In the mixed doubles group, first prize went to Thanh Sen Badminton Club.
