At the examination and selection session, the Military Region 2 working group examined and selected female militiamen who met the following standards: Height from 1.65 to 1.75m, age from 18 to under 35, not pregnant or raising children under 36 months old and committed to not getting pregnant during the time participating in performing the task.

The military medical force checked the height and weight of female militiamen to ensure compliance with regulations.

Regarding health, female militias are in good health, have a fresh face, beautiful appearance, well-proportioned body, no deformities, no infectious diseases... Female militias have a clear political background, are clean, moral, and have a good sense of organization and discipline.

Female militiamen of Son La province participate in the selection examination and training for the parade to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day, September 2.

As a result, the Military Region 2 working group has selected 24 female militiamen who meet the above requirements and standards. The female militiamen of Son La province will focus on performing their tasks from May 2025 according to the Ministry of National Defense 's parade and march training plan.
