The Shining Rise of Vietnam Martech

On November 1, at the National Innovation Center (Hanoi), the Vietnam MarTech Innovation Expo 2023 took place. The event is part of a series of activities under the Vietnam International Innovation Exhibition 2023, chaired by the Ministry of Planning and Investment , co-organized by NIC and prestigious partners.

Vietnam Martech Innovation Expo 2023, with the theme "From Mindset To Mastery - The Rise & Shine Of Martech In Vietnam" is organized to help businesses and the public grasp practical lessons to promote the innovation and digitalization process.

The conference gathered more than 30 speakers and experts, leaders, innovative businesses from countries, domestic SMEs, banks, investment funds, consulting companies to focus on discussing and sharing "hot" topics such as: the development of AI, the global MarTech (digital marketing) market panorama, innovative trends in the MarTech field, MarTech applications in public services, product and experience personalization, data-based marketing strategies, improving business performance and maximizing customer satisfaction.

According to the Organizing Committee, this is also an opportunity for businesses and the public to grasp practical lessons. From there, promote the creative process, enhance digitalization to improve customer experience, maximize customer lifetime value and build brand sustainability.

Information at the conference showed the strong growth potential of the global MarTech industry in recent times with a revenue of 329 billion USD in 2022 and is expected to increase to 1,700 USD in revenue after 10 years. In Vietnam, the digital media and MarTech industry has undergone a process of development and maturity with remarkable results.

However, in this journey, businesses are facing fierce competition and many challenges in complying with security regulations in the digital space. Therefore, shaping a stable MarTech ecosystem in Vietnam is a prerequisite for businesses to take advantage of new marketing technology, while overcoming the limitations that are being posed.

The event also saw the launch of the Vietnam MarTech Network. There were also networking activities, tours to experience the latest technology and MarTech, exhibitions, and the launch of the Women In Tech & Innovation Excellence awards ceremony.
