This is also a completely new field that the Group has established, following its decision to venture into the aviation sector and merge its two entertainment (Sun World) and resort (Sun Hospitality Group) brands under the name Sun Hospitality & Entertainment Group.

Sun Group partners with two leading international partners in aviation training and hotel management: CAE and EHL.
Accordingly, the two renowned partners selected for collaboration are Canadian Aviation Electronics Ltd (CAE) - a global leader in aviation training, and EHL Hospitality Business School (EHL) - a world-leading education group specializing in hotel and service management.
This strategic "handshake" marks a significant milestone in Sun Group's ecosystem development journey, affirming its strong commitment to long-term investment in training and developing high-quality human resources to meet the growing demands of Vietnam's tourism service industry, especially in the aviation and hotel sectors.
With the support of two "giants," CAE and EHL, Sun Group will develop two academies: Sun Aviation Academy (SAA) and Sun Tourism Academy (STA) – jointly building training programs that meet international standards, closely linking theory, practice, and real-world experience.

Sun Aviation Academy will train high-quality human resources not only for Sun PhuQuoc Airways, but also for the entire industry, becoming a leading aviation training center in the region.
According to the memorandum of understanding between the parties, CAE, a global icon from Canada in aviation training with over 75 years of experience and a network of centers worldwide, will directly support Sun Phu Quoc Aviation Academy in developing an Approved Training Organization (ATO) program in collaboration with the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam for training pilots, flight attendants, and ground staff. The Academy is expected to become a pioneering model in aviation training in Vietnam in areas such as training equipment, flight simulation technology, and aviation training solutions. The goal is not only to meet the human resource training needs of Sun Phu Quoc Airways, but also to make Sun Phu Quoc Aviation Academy a leading aviation training center in the region, ready to provide high-quality personnel for the industry.
Meanwhile, EHL, the world's leading hotel and service management education group from Switzerland, will partner with Sun Tourism Academy to develop a generation of world-class human resources in the leisure and hospitality sector, contributing to the comprehensive improvement of the quality of Vietnam's tourism service industry. With a history of over 130 years, EHL is the cradle that has produced generations of leading leaders and experts in the hotel and service industry, earning the title of "Harvard of the global hotel industry".

Sun Group currently owns a system of 15 five-star hotels and resorts across the country.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Dang Minh Truong – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sun Group – affirmed that the partnership with CAE and EHL is a guarantee that Sun Aviation Academy and Sun Tourism Academy will become international standard, distinctive, and high-class training centers. Mr. Truong emphasized: “In nearly 20 years of development, Sun Group has created iconic destinations across Vietnam. But behind each milestone, the real difference lies in the people. Service is not just about meeting needs; it's about creating memorable experiences for travelers. That's why we developed the Sun Aviation Academy and the Sun Tourism Academy – to train young Vietnamese talents with global knowledge, modern technology, and the right service mindset. With the support of CAE and EHL, we believe that the academies will become models of internationally standardized training in Vietnam. This collaboration goes beyond education; it's about jointly shaping the future of the tourism, aviation, and hospitality industries.”

Representatives from Sun Group emphasized that the academies will become a model for training in the service, tourism, and aviation industries to international standards in Vietnam.
On behalf of the partner, Mr. Bao Chen – Regional Director and Head of Business Development at EHL – emphasized: “EHL is working closely with Sun Group on this project with the ambition to build and develop a sustainable workforce, while fostering job opportunities not only for Sun Group but also for the entire industry. This is our core objective. We also recognize Vietnam's enormous potential for talent development and career opportunities. Therefore, this project will become a catalyst between EHL and Sun Group, contributing to both the country and the industry.”

Sun PhuQuoc Airways was created to complete the comprehensive ecosystem from ground to sky of Sun Group.
Over nearly two decades of development, Sun Group has become one of Vietnam's leading private economic groups, pioneering the creation of a comprehensive ecosystem encompassing tourism, entertainment, high-end real estate, infrastructure, and finance. Recently, Sun Group further expanded into the aviation sector with Sun PhuQuoc Airways, completing a comprehensive ecosystem from ground to air and bringing Vietnam, especially Phu Quoc, closer to the world.
The collaboration between Sun Group, CAE, and EHL not only aims to meet the internal needs of the Sun Group ecosystem but also contributes to the formation of a highly skilled workforce – international-level "service ambassadors" – with the competence and confidence to spread Vietnamese pride to the world. From this foundation, the country will increasingly affirm its position as an attractive, professional, and experience-rich destination on the global tourism map.
