Previously, at 5:00 p.m. on May 20, while checking the car with license plate 49C-074.07, Market Management Team No. 1 coordinated with the Economic Police Department (Provincial Police) to discover the above mentioned number of sugar.

At the time of inspection, driver Nguyen Huu Thanh Tam presented the accompanying invoices and documents, but the legal owner and user did not have them. In addition, the packaging of the goods did not have a Vietnamese sub-label and there were signs of erasure of the production date and expiration date. All of the above goods were temporarily detained for verification, clarification and handling according to the provisions of law.
