Temporarily suspending Thong Nhat SE7 train departing from Hanoi on November 19

Vietnam Railways Corporation announced the temporary suspension of the North-South Thong Nhat train SE7 departing from Hanoi on November 19 due to weather effects.

On November 18, the railway industry also had to temporarily suspend train SE6 departing from Saigon station, due to heavy rain in Khanh Hoa province causing flooding in the Nha Trang - Cay Cay section.

Vietnam Railways Corporation said that passengers who receive notice of train stoppage (via SMS/ZALO) can return their tickets free of charge at the station or online via the website dsvn.vn.

To ensure correct online ticket payment, the railway industry recommends that passengers pay attention to enter accurate and complete information, including: phone number, email address, and booking code. This information is the basis for the system to automatically compare, verify, and make refunds.

This feature does not apply to passengers who purchase tickets and pay in cash at stations, ticket agents, etc. In these cases, passengers still carry out ticket return procedures directly at the station according to current regulations.
