This afternoon, August 8, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Van Hung, Head of the Steering Committee for Civil Judgment Enforcement (CJE) of Quang Tri province chaired a meeting with members of the steering committee and relevant departments, branches, localities and units on the operation situation and implementation of CJE tasks in the coming time.
According to the report of the Provincial Steering Committee for Administrative Judgment Enforcement, in recent years, the work of administrative judgment enforcement and monitoring of administrative judgment enforcement in the area has always received the attention of local Party committees, authorities and steering committees for administrative judgment enforcement at all levels. Difficult and problematic cases have been promptly addressed and directed by steering committees for administrative judgment enforcement at all levels.

The performance of the enforcement agencies has clearly improved. From October 1, 2018 to September 30, 2023, the enforcement agencies have completed 14,775 cases. Many complicated cases have been resolved well.
The THADS agencies promptly advise and assist the Provincial People's Committee and the THADS Steering Committees at all levels in directing relevant agencies to coordinate in organizing the execution of judgments, effectively directing the organization of compulsory execution of major and complicated cases that affect political security and social order and safety. The work of monitoring the execution of administrative judgments and receiving citizens, resolving complaints, denunciations, reflections and recommendations has achieved many remarkable results.
At the meeting, delegates exchanged and discussed the results achieved and the difficulties and obstacles in the past time; agreed on the direction and tasks in the coming time. Accordingly, the Provincial Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Control continues to direct the Natural Disaster Prevention and Control agencies to effectively implement the work of disseminating, propagating, disseminating and organizing the effective implementation of the policies and resolutions of the Central and the province.
Strengthen coordination between agencies in the internal affairs sector and specialized agencies in organizing enforcement of judgments; promptly resolve difficult and complicated cases of civil judgment enforcement.
THADS agencies promote administrative reform, enhance the application of information technology; perform well the work of receiving citizens; thoroughly resolve complaints and denunciations, and prevent complaints and lawsuits from going beyond the level of authority or being prolonged...
At the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Van Hung requested the Provincial Steering Committee for Civil Judgment Enforcement, leaders of the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department and the Civil Judgment Enforcement Sub-departments of districts, towns and cities to continue to seriously and effectively implement the Law on Civil Judgment Enforcement and related plans and documents. The Civil Judgment Enforcement agencies need to promote their role as the standing agency of the steering committee, proactively review and advise the steering committee at the same level to direct relevant agencies and units to strengthen coordination in verifying and organizing enforcement of judgments for complicated cases that have lasted for many years, ensuring the strictness of the law.
The Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department continues to perform well the advisory work to assist the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Steering Committee and the Provincial People's Committee in monitoring and resolving administrative judgment enforcement work, ensuring that administrative judgments and decisions that have come into legal effect must be strictly complied with by agencies, units and localities.
