Giving scholarships, handing over school construction worth over 6 billion VND in Ben Tre

At the ceremony, leaders of Ben Tre province, SGGP Newspaper, Thien Hanh Investment Joint Stock Company (sponsor) and the Board of Directors of Binh Khanh Secondary School cut the ribbon to inaugurate the additional school. The project has a total construction area of ​​over ^1,062m2 , with a cost of over 6 billion VND; scale of 1 ground floor, 1 floor, including: 9 classrooms, 1 professional room, 1 functional room, stairs, reception hall, corridor, toilet area, tables and chairs, canopy and swimming pool.

Sharing about the construction process, Mr. Le Van Luc - General Director of Thien Hanh Investment Joint Stock Company said, “Binh Khanh Secondary School is an educational institution located in a remote and difficult area of ​​Ben Tre province. This is also the place where Mr. Le Van Luc was nurtured and equipped with knowledge since childhood. Through the program "Lighting up the faith - Overcoming difficulties to go to school" of SGGP Newspaper, Mr. Le Van Luc hopes to contribute his efforts and funds to build more classrooms for the school, helping the school's students have more conditions to overcome difficulties, study well, and in the future build a rich and beautiful homeland and country".

In addition to handing over the additional school building, on this occasion, SGGP Newspaper cooperated with ICD Phuc Long Company Limited to present a symbolic board to support 200 million VND to the scholarship fund "Lighting up the belief - Overcoming difficulties to go to school" of Binh Khanh Secondary School.

Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - Chairwoman of the People's Council of Ben Tre province Ho Thi Hoang Yen and General Director of Thien Hanh Investment Joint Stock Company Le Van Luc presented scholarships to disadvantaged students of Binh Khanh Secondary School.

At the program, the Organizing Committee awarded 60 scholarships in advance to disadvantaged students and students who won provincial-level excellent student awards of the school; the total value of the scholarships was 65 million VND.
