"3 houses" model - a breakthrough solution for value chain development
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Le Anh Hoang, Deputy Director of the Provincial Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion, emphasized the importance of connecting supply and demand, contributing to promoting the consumption of domestic products.
According to Mr. Hoang, the "3-house" linkage model including managers, manufacturers and distributors has proven effective in creating a sustainable supply chain. This model helps solve the difficult problem of output for products of production units in the province, while ensuring a stable and quality supply for distribution units.
"With the message "Linking to increase competitiveness, connecting to expand the market", we hope that through this program, businesses in the province will establish long-term cooperative relationships and develop together", Mr. Hoang shared.

Ms. Cao Thi Hong Van, representative of Hoa Long Mushroom Cultivation Company Limited, one of the units participating in the event, said that her business is producing clean mushrooms according to VietGAP standards, but still has difficulty accessing modern distribution channels.
"This program is a valuable opportunity for us to not only introduce our products but also learn from other units about how to approach the market, build brands and meet the strict requirements of modern distribution systems," Ms. Van shared.
Similarly, Ms. Le Thi Anh Nga, representative of Thao Moc Huong traditional clean incense production facility (Long Dat district), also expressed her excitement at participating in the event. According to Ms. Nga, the facility's clean incense products have been favored by many customers in the province, but have not yet had the opportunity to reach major distribution channels.
"Through the program, we hope to find reputable distribution partners to help bring our clean incense products to more consumers," Ms. Nga shared.
Distributor - an important link in the supply chain
From the perspective of a distributor, Ms. Huynh Kim My, Director of Go Ba Ria Supermarket, commented: "Currently, the trend of green consumption and consumption of local products is growing stronger. Consumers are not only interested in price but also pay attention to the origin, provenance and production process of the product."
According to Ms. My, Go Ba Ria supermarket always prioritizes local products of good quality, meeting food safety standards. "We hope that through this event, we will find reputable manufacturing partners who are capable of stably supplying high-quality products to our system," Ms. My emphasized.
In the context of increasingly fierce competition, building a sustainable supply chain, closely linking stages from production to consumption, is becoming an urgent requirement for Vietnamese enterprises in general and enterprises in Ba Ria-Vung Tau province in particular.

He also emphasized: "We will create the most favorable conditions for businesses and distributors to participate in connecting, forming a sustainable and effective supply chain, practically contributing to promoting sustainable socio-economic development of the province."
The program is expected to take place over two days (May 15 and 16) with many practical activities. This is a valuable opportunity for local businesses to not only seek business partners but also raise awareness of the importance of building a sustainable supply chain, contributing to promoting local economic development in the coming time.
