Born into a poor family, Nung ethnic girl Sam Thi Bien (class 9A3, Be Van Dan Secondary School, Ea Sup District) soon had the awareness to practice and study hard. With 9 consecutive years of being an excellent student, winning many awards in competitions, Bien shared that it is necessary to allocate time reasonably and scientifically to improve learning efficiency. In class, students need to pay attention to teachers' lectures, take notes, apply the theory they have learned to complete exercises; at home, they must spend time reading and researching more study materials, good books about life to supplement and accumulate knowledge.

Not only having good academic achievements, Sam Thi Bien is also a prominent face in the activities of the Team. For Bien, participating in Team activities, she has more environment to study, accumulate knowledge, useful experience and develop many of her own skills. Bien expressed: "Team activities are a useful playground, contributingto educating ethics, life skills, fostering revolutionary ideals for team members; at the same time creating a joyful and healthy learning and training environment, encouraging students to strive to achieve good results in many aspects".

As a typical provincial-level Team Commander, an exemplary and pioneering Team Leader with excellent academic achievements and active participation in the activities of the Team as well as the higher-level Team Council, H Mon Eban (class 9B, Le Hong Phong Secondary School, Cu M'gar District) is always aware that he must be exemplary and take the lead in studying and training to not disappoint the trust of teachers, family and friends.

With the guidance and support of teachers, H Mon and his friends in the Le Hong Phong Secondary School Union have organized practical and effective Team activities, promoting healthy playgrounds; promoting ethics, lifestyle, historical traditions, national culture, and the traditions of the Team organization for children through movements and activities launched by the higher-level Team Council.

Similar to Sam Thi Bien, when she heard that she was chosen as the province's children's representative to attend the National Uncle Ho's Good Children Congress, H Mon felt very excited to interact, learn and contribute to the overall success of the event. "Having attended the second Children's National Assembly Mock Session, I feel very lucky to represent the children of my province to attend the National Uncle Ho's Good Children Congress this time. I am really happy, excited and proud. This award is also a motivation for me to try harder, to study hard and become useful people for society," H Mon shared.

To concretize the movement "Children compete to follow Uncle Ho's 5 teachings", in recent times, the Provincial Youth Union has innovated the content and form of Team activities to better meet the needs of teenagers and children. 100% of the provincial Youth Unions have implemented activities to guide children in learning and practicing through the movements "Speaking good words, doing thousands of good deeds", "Small, economical plans", "Drinking water, remembering its source", "Repaying gratitude"...

Pham Hong Thai Secondary School's Youth Union (Buon Ma Thuot City) organized a historical exhibition corner activity "Pride of a country".

The teams strictly carry out the flag-raising ceremony, improve the quality of weekly flag-raising activities; guide the activities of the team, the regular children's star activities associated with educational activities, orient children on the values ​​of ethics, lifestyle, love for the homeland and country; organize propaganda and education activities on sovereignty over seas, islands and borders for children. In addition, children also participate in the activities and models of the Team, typically: "Future Young Leaders" Summer Camp, "Semester in the Army" Program, "Learning to be a useful person" experiential activities, and children's forums at all levels.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Chairwoman of the Provincial Youth Union Council Phan Thi Trinh said that through movements and activities, many children have been trained, educated, recognized, commended, rewarded, and are examples of perseverance and spreading the spirit of self-study and training, contributing to supplementing a quality source of successors for the Youth Union organization.

At the same time, the children have actively participated in competitions and achieved outstanding results in the fields of scientific and technological innovation, international integration, natural sciences - social sciences and competitions to learn about the Party, Uncle Ho, the history of the homeland and the country. These results have created a widespread influence, have educational significance, are a positive motivation for children to follow, contributing to creating a flower garden of achievements to offer to the Party and beloved Uncle Ho.
