Bamboo Capital Group speaks out about the prosecution of Mr. Nguyen Ho Nam

Bamboo Capital Group said it has just received notice from the competent authority about the prosecution of the case and the decision to prosecute the accused Nguyen Ho Nam.

On the morning of March 1, Bamboo Capital Group Joint Stock Company (BCG) sent a document to the Securities Commission announcing information related to Mr. Nguyen Ho Nam.

Accordingly, BCG said that on February 28, the enterprise was notified by the competent authority of the decision to prosecute the case and prosecute the defendant Nguyen Ho Nam.

However, Bamboo Capital said that since April 27, 2024, Mr. Nam has resigned and no longer holds positions in the Board of Directors, Board of Supervisors and Board of Management of the company.

"Their production and business activities continue to operate normally," said a representative of Bamboo Capital.

The company also affirmed that regarding issues related to this incident, they will disclose information transparently in accordance with the law to protect the rights of shareholders.

Recently, BCG also announced the Board of Directors' decision on personnel changes. Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Tung Lam resigned from the position of General Director and legal representative to focus on performing new tasks.
