Gia Phuc Commune aims to increase total product value by an average of 15% per year.

The leaders of Gia Phuc Commune Party Committee thoroughly grasped and implemented the resolution and action program to implement the resolution of the Commune Party Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term.

On October 25, the leader of Gia Phuc Commune Party Committee ( Hai Phong ) said that the Party Committee had completed the dissemination and implementation of the resolution and action program to implement the Resolution of the Commune Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

Notably, the action program to implement the Resolution of the Commune Party Congress sets the target of an annual increase in the total product value in the area of 15%/year on average (the city's average GRDP growth target is from 13%/year or more). Of which, the agricultural and fishery sector increases by 1.93%; the industrial and construction sector increases by 28%; and the service sector increases by 11%.

The reason Gia Phuc commune sets a high growth target is that the locality currently has Gia Loc industrial park with a total area of 178 hectares, which has basically completed site clearance and is completing infrastructure to attract investment; the goal by the end of 2026 is to achieve an occupancy rate of over 60% of the total area.

The locality is also accelerating the site clearance of Toan Thang industrial cluster with a total area of 75 hectares, and preparing to implement site clearance of Hoang Dieu industrial park with a total area of 247 hectares. When the industrial parks and clusters come into operation, they will create a driving force to promote the local socio -economic development.

Gia Loc Industrial Park with a total area of 178 hectares has basically completed site clearance and is completing infrastructure to attract investment.

Along with the above goal, Gia Phuc commune strives to have the product value per hectare of cultivated land and aquaculture reach 370 million VND by 2030. Every year, the disbursement rate of public investment capital reaches 100% of the plan. By 2030, it strives to have from 10 to 20 enterprises per 1,000 people. In the period of 2026 - 2030, the average income per capita in the commune increases by an average of over 9% per year...

The Commune Party Committee identified three breakthrough tasks in this term. These are to rapidly and strongly shift the economic structure towards increasing the proportion of industry, handicrafts and services, associated with shifting the labor structure towards sharply reducing the proportion of labor in agriculture; striving to build a commune that meets the model new rural standards by 2030; promoting the development of science and technology, innovation and strong digital transformation.

Gia Phuc commune was established on the basis of merging the entire natural area and population of Toan Thang, Hoang Dieu, Hong Hung communes, a large part of the natural area and the entire population of Thong Kenh commune, Doan Thuong commune, a part of the natural area of Quang Duc commune and the entire natural area and population of To village of Gia Loc town (old).

After the arrangement, Gia Phuc commune has a natural area of 31.79 km² and a population of nearly 41,000 people.
