In my opinion, it is necessary to continue to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of village Party cells, which directly organize and implement the Party's policies to the people. The grassroots cadres must be truly exemplary, close to the people, understand the people, dare to think and dare to act for the benefit of the people.
