Connecting Vietnamese brands and global partners
The Autumn Fair 2025, with the central theme of "Connecting people with production and business", has been identified as a national-scale trade and cultural promotion event, demonstrating the Government 's determination to promote domestic strength, stimulate consumption and enhance international integration of Vietnamese goods. This event is expected to become a strategic lever, contributing to the goal of making Vietnam an important center of trade, investment and international exchange in Southeast Asia and Asia.
According to the Organizing Committee, this year's Fair will gather an impressive scale with nearly 2,500 domestic and foreign enterprises, displaying products at about 3,000 standard booths. This huge space will be a place to converge and demonstrate breakthrough products and solutions in many core areas of the economy , including: modern industry, high technology, quality consumer goods, deeply processed agricultural products, eco-tourism, smart services and creative culture. This scale has helped the 2025 Autumn Fair to be affectionately called "The 6th Super Fair" by experts, affirming its position as the largest and most comprehensive trade promotion event ever in Vietnam.

Notably, the Fair's organizational structure is systematically designed according to five main thematic zones. These zones are not simply product display areas but also "multi-sensory experience stages", demonstrating the depth of creative identity and strong integration spirit of the Vietnamese business community. The five zones include: Modern Industry - Technology, Vietnamese Brand (focusing on high-quality Vietnamese products and National Brands), Culture - Tourism - Regional Cuisine, Young Creative Products (start-ups and innovation), and International Connection zone.
Assessing the role of this event, Mr. Vu Ba Phu - Director of the Trade Promotion Agency (Ministry of Industry and Trade) emphasized: "The Autumn Fair is not only a place to display products, but also a strategic connection space. This is where Vietnamese enterprises can directly learn and compare with strict international standards, where foreign partners can find valuable investment cooperation opportunities, and an opportunity for domestic consumers to experience quality products bearing the creative imprint of Vietnam."
The event is expected to attract leading brands in the industrial, consumer and green technology sectors, along with many potential start-ups and innovative businesses. This clearly depicts the image of a dynamic Vietnamese economy, with a high growth rate, deeply integrated and ready to grasp the world's sustainable development trends.
From trade fair week to the event economy
The Autumn Fair 2025 is likened to a multi-layered symphony of economics, culture and technology. For the first time, trade activities, strategic product displays, unique tourism and culinary experiences and innovative technology demonstrations are harmoniously combined in the same large-scale space. This diversity creates an integrated value chain, maximizing benefits for all participants.
For the Vietnamese business community, this is a key opportunity not only to introduce new products, but also to promote important export cooperation activities, expand markets and integrate deeper into the global supply chain. In particular, business matching activities (B2B Matching) are organized both directly at the booth and online through a specialized digital trading platform. This ensures that international partners can participate, search and connect for cooperation remotely, overcoming geographical and time barriers.

The 2025 Fall Fair will take place from October 26 to November 4 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center.
Domestic consumers are also big beneficiaries when they have the opportunity to access high-quality, environmentally friendly products, from essential consumer goods, sophisticated handicrafts, smart household appliances to green-standard processed agricultural products. Along with that, a series of key localities across the country will take advantage of this event as a channel to promote strong regional brands, connect new tourist routes and attract investment capital.
The special highlight that creates the irresistible cultural attraction of this year's Fair is the space called "Vietnam in me". This area uses sophisticated installation art and modern lighting technology to vividly and artistically recreate the image of the quiet Hanoi Old Quarter, the traditional Northern craft village scene and the beauty of the Southern river region. This combination of commerce and culture brings a unique experience, helping international and domestic visitors feel the Vietnamese identity in the deepest way.
Mr. Phu added that this year’s Fair aims at a clear dual goal: on the one hand, it is an exciting ‘shopping and experience festival’ for the people, on the other hand, it is an effective ‘trade transit station’, creating a solid launching pad for Vietnamese enterprises on their journey to the world. The success of the Fair will be an affirmation of Vietnam’s capacity to organize international economic events.
Pressure to prepare quickly and have a long-term strategy
With a scale of up to thousands of booths, preparations for the 2025 Autumn Fair have taken place in a spirit of urgency and high professionalism, requiring the synchronous coordination of many ministries, branches and localities. Key items such as technical infrastructure, logistics, security and order, smart traffic coordination and support services have been deployed synchronously to ensure the opening ceremony and the entire duration of the event take place smoothly, on schedule, and commensurate with the national stature.
In particular, this year's Fair has boldly applied many advanced international organizational standards, from designing booths in a "green" - environmentally friendly trend, energy-saving lighting systems, smart traffic flow to digitizing all customer and transaction data. This is considered a breakthrough step towards building a smart, sustainable and effective fair model.

Booths are being rushed to completion, ready for the Fair
According to economic experts, the biggest challenge for the Autumn Fair lies not only in the large-scale organization but also in the sustainability after the event. The key issue is how to maintain the business connections, memorandums of understanding and partnerships achieved during the "fair week" and turn them into real investment and cooperation opportunities, bringing sustainable economic value to Vietnamese enterprises.
Experience from world-class trade fairs such as Canton Fair (China) or GITEX Dubai (United Arab Emirates) shows that success is not only measured by the number of visitors or the value of contracts signed on the spot, but more importantly, the ability to maintain interaction and create added value after the event ends.
Grasping this orientation, the Organizing Committee of the Autumn Fair 2025 has built a comprehensive strategy to "extend the vitality of the fair", aiming to form an event economy in Vietnam. This strategy includes building and operating a professional online trading platform, continuously updated with detailed information about businesses, product profiles, and cooperation needs; coordinating the organization of regional brand connection programs in key localities after the fair to spread the effect; and applying advanced technologies such as AR/VR (augmented reality/virtual reality) and digital communication to help visitors "return to the fair" and interact with products even after the event has ended.
The 2025 Autumn Fair has painted an image of a dynamic, integrated and creative Vietnam - a potential market where "Made in Vietnam" products are not only strong in the domestic market but also have the ability and aspiration to reach out globally. The 2025 Autumn Fair is not only a simple trade fair, but also an important start for a series of annual symbolic economic and cultural events, laying a solid foundation for the "Era of Vietnam connecting globally in the period 2026-2030".
