Na Ri rewards 26 collectives and individuals in disaster prevention and control work

Na Ri Commune has just held a conference to evaluate, draw experience and reward 26 collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the work of preventing, responding to and overcoming the consequences of storm No. 11.

Na Ri commune leaders awarded certificates of merit to 26 collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in preventing, responding to and overcoming the consequences of storm No. 11.

From September 28 to October 7, 2025, Na Ri commune was continuously affected by storms No. 10 and No. 11, causing damage of more than 60 billion VND. The local government mobilized more than 250 officers, soldiers, militia and self-defense forces along with many vehicles to evacuate people from the danger zone, promptly ensuring the safety of life and property.

Immediately after the flood receded, the locality continued to mobilize more than 500 people to clean up mud and clean the environment at markets, schools and residential areas. Relief work was urgently deployed with the participation of 19 volunteer groups, with a total support value of nearly 2.9 billion VND, contributing to helping people stabilize their lives soon.

On this occasion, the People's Committee of Na Ri commune awarded Certificates of Merit to 1 collective (the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the commune) and 25 individuals with outstanding achievements in the work of preventing, responding to, and overcoming the consequences of storm No. 11 and proposed the Provincial People's Committee to consider rewarding 3 outstanding individuals.
