Trade connection
These days, the city's Department of Industry and Trade coordinates with departments, branches, and localities to facilitate businesses, establishments, and cooperatives producing OCOP products, rural industries, industry products, craft villages, and typical products of the city such as Non Nuoc fine art stone, Hoi An lanterns, Ma Chau silk, Ngoc Linh ginseng, etc. to participate in the 2025 autumn fair.
The city's Department of Industry and Trade organized a cluster of booths that clearly demonstrated the characteristics and strengths of Da Nang 's goods. The city's strong and unique products and goods were created as channels for trade promotion, searching, coordinating with partners, promoting cooperation, with the expectation of forming a supply chain for production, distribution, and consumption of goods.
Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Tran Chi Cuong said that the 2025 autumn fair will take place from October 25 to November 4 at the Vietnam Exhibition Center ( Hanoi ) with the largest scale ever (more than 3,000 booths). The autumn fair attracts the participation of major distributors nationwide and hundreds of international buyers.
Participating in the fair is an opportunity for businesses, production facilities and cooperatives in the city to promote and introduce their strong and unique products, creating opportunities to meet, connect with trade partners, find new partners and promote the export of Da Nang products to reach further in the international market.

In recent times, the city's industry and trade sector has coordinated with departments, branches and localities to implement many trade promotion programs inside and outside the city. Recently, the Center for Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion (Department of Industry and Trade) has connected and gathered businesses, handicraft production facilities, OCOP, rural industries to participate in the international fair "Hanoi Handicraft Gifts 2025"...
It can be seen that many trade promotion activities of Da Nang city have brought practical benefits to businesses, production facilities, and cooperatives. First of all, it increases sales and market share through promotional programs, advertising, stimulating shopping, and reaching more customers.
The subjects once again affirm the brand of the goods, create more connections between businesses and customers, and enhance brand recognition.
In addition, the trade promotion bridge has facilitated market diversification, expanded new markets, and responded to trade barriers. Especially negotiating and signing memoranda of understanding and contracts with businesses, production facilities, and partners, creating supply chains, accelerating trade, and expanding consumption of goods...

Stimulating consumption
The campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods" has been widely deployed in the city, continuing to create a catalyst for distributors, shopping centers, and supermarkets to actively participate.
In Tam Ky ward, Vietnamese goods at Co.opMart Tam Ky Supermarket account for 95% of the total goods. The supermarket has prioritized "prime" locations to arrange "made in Da Nang" goods so that customers can easily see and shop.
Ms. Tran Thi Nhu Lai, Director of Co.opMart Tam Ky, said that the supermarket creates all favorable conditions for goods produced in the city to be present. The "made in Da Nang" products in the supermarket all have an advantage in quality, creating excitement for consumers, especially in terms of price with promotional programs to stimulate consumption.
In addition, Co.opMart Tam Ky regularly brings Vietnamese goods in general, and Da Nang goods in particular, to remote, mountainous, island and border areas, helping people buy at preferential prices. "We participate in the campaign with national pride, pride in our homeland and show our responsibility, contributing to opening up the market for "made in Da Nang" goods," said Ms. Lai.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade has just issued Decision No. 2269/QD-BCT approving the program to develop the domestic market, stimulate consumption and promote the campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods" for the period 2025 - 2027.
The decision is considered a strategic step for domestic trade, bringing Vietnamese goods further afield, contributing to stabilizing the macro economy and promoting sustainable growth.
In the 2026 - 2027 period, the domestic market development and consumer stimulus program expects to build a modern, unique domestic trade platform that covers the whole country; develop retail models with a strong Vietnamese imprint. Promote the digital transformation ecosystem; connect international trade infrastructure. The goal is to bring Vietnam into the group of countries with attractive global retail markets.
To achieve the goal, the Ministry of Industry and Trade requires localities to focus on stimulating domestic consumption, organize a special communication campaign "Vietnamese people use Vietnamese products", organize a national trade promotion and consumption stimulus program.
Stimulating domestic consumption is extremely important, not only creating growth but also practically promoting production and business development, improving consumption efficiency in the city.
Ms. Le Thi Kim Phuong, Director of the Department of Industry and Trade, said that the functional sector focuses on developing a plan to stabilize the market of essential goods for the Lunar New Year of Binh Ngo in 2026. Closely monitor market developments, promptly deploy plans to supply goods, and stabilize the market during holidays, Tet, and storms.
Continue to strengthen market inspection and control, fight against smuggling, trade fraud, counterfeit goods, and infringement of intellectual property rights, especially stimulating consumption during the "golden time" of the end of the year and Tet.
